Highly recommend for short or long stay in GC! A really nice and cute apartment in Surfers with own kitchen, lounge and balcony! Room is spacious and clean! Only thing is the water pressure of the shower is weak and the sauna room is not working. Location is perfect, very convenient, got everything you need around, only 2min walk to the beach!

I stayed here for 6 days. The apartment itself is quite old, and it seems that the cleanliness and facilities may vary depending on the room. In the first room I was given, there was already a large leak coming from the air conditioner when I entered. However, the staff responded quickly and moved me to another room right away. The second room didn’t have that problem, but it didn’t include a washing machine or dryer. Instead, there are shared laundry facilities which cost $5 each to use. Aside from that, my stay was comfortable, and I had a beach view, which made the scenery really nice. I did occasionally see cockroaches around the sink area. If you’re sensitive to that, I’d recommend pouring hot water down the drains and covering them with plastic wrap, which helped in my case. The reception staff were all very kind, and the location is excellent—right next to the beach and close to several shopping centres, so it’s very convenient.
